🛍️ For App Users (Customers)

Localooloo AI™ does not handle payments or transactions between customers and businesses. If you paid for something through a business listed on Localooloo AI™, please contact that business directly for:

  • Cancellations
  • Refund requests
  • Delivery issues
  • Product or service complaints

We do not offer customer refunds or get involved in buyer-seller disputes.


🧾 For Businesses (Subscribers)

Business subscriptions to Localooloo AI™ (Business, Boost, or Enterprise plans) are:

  • Paid monthly in advance
  • Non-refundable, even if cancelled partway through the billing cycle
  • Cancellable anytime via email or account dashboard

There is no contract. Cancel anytime before your next renewal to avoid further charges.


⚠️ No Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Unused subscription time
  • Low app traffic or impressions
  • Business closure or relocation
  • Customer dissatisfaction with external businesses
