📘 Localooloo AI™ Closed Business Report Terms

1. ✅ Program Overview

The Closed Business Report Program allows users to notify us about businesses listed on Localooloo AI™ that are no longer in operation. If the report is verified and is the first valid submission for that business, the user receives a £1 reward.

2. 👤 User Identification

To participate, users must be signed in via Google. A unique anonymous ID is assigned (e.g. AB12gtjbwfjksd554). No personal details are displayed or shared publicly — only this ID will appear on our Closed Businesses verification page.

3. 📋 Reporting Criteria

To be eligible for payment, a report must include:

  • The full business name
  • Complete address or location
  • A reason (e.g. shuttered, boarded up, replaced)
  • Optional: A supporting photo

Only the first verified report for each closed business is rewarded.

4. 💷 Payment & Verification

  • Reports are manually verified by the Localooloo AI™ team.
  • If confirmed, the user will receive a £1 payment via PayPal, Amazon voucher, or equivalent method.
  • Each verified closure will be listed on our site with the user’s anonymous ID and business details.

AB12gtjbwfjksd554 reported: Fabiano Trattoria Pizzeria, 2401A High Road, London N20 – Permanently Closed – Verified and Paid ✅

5. 🚫 Abuse & Limitations

  • Only one reward per closed business will be issued.
  • Duplicate or false reports will be rejected.
  • Repeated abuse or misuse may lead to disqualification from the program.

6. 🔐 Privacy & Legal

  • We do not share or display personal user data — only the anonymous ID.
  • The program is compliant with UK GDPR and digital services regulations.
  • By submitting a report, users agree to be listed by their anonymous ID upon successful verification.
