📘 Localooloo AI™ Business Policy

This policy applies to all businesses using the Localooloo AI™ platform. By registering and posting deals, you agree to the following rules and terms:

1. 🔶 Stickers Must Be Displayed

To activate your Business Plan or Freemium Plan, you must display a Localooloo AI™ window sticker in a visible location at your shop entrance.

  • ✅ This helps customers recognize you as a verified Localooloo AI™ partner
  • 📸 You must send us a clear photo of the sticker in place to unlock your listing

2. 🆓 Freemium Plan Rules

  • You may post 1 active deal at a time
  • You must still display the Localooloo AI™ window sticker
  • No video uploads on freemium
  • Designed to help you try the platform with zero commitment

3. 💼 Business Plan (£20/month)

  • Post up to 3 active deals
  • Upload flyers, menus, and 1 featured image
  • Optionally offer ordering with direct payment to you (Localooloo AI™ does not process payments)
  • Must still display the sticker and follow posting guidelines

4. 🚫 What Businesses Cannot Post

  • No false advertising or misleading deals
  • No adult content, gambling, or financial schemes
  • No abusive, offensive, or political materials
  • No expired or fake promotions

5. 📦 What Qualifies as a Deal

A “deal” on Localooloo AI™ refers to any time-limited offer or promotion that provides a clear benefit to the customer. This includes:

  • Discounted prices (e.g. “£5 meal deal” or “20% off on Tuesdays”)
  • Free extras (e.g. “Buy 1 coffee, get 1 free”)
  • Exclusive bundles (e.g. “Lunch + drink for £4.99”)
  • Limited-time services (e.g. “Free delivery this weekend” or “Walk-in haircuts £9 before 11am”)

🛑 Not considered deals:

  • Generic menus or regular price lists with no special offer
  • Announcements or plain adverts without a clear value proposition
  • Anything misleading, expired, or unclear

Deals must be written clearly, with a start and end time if applicable. We reserve the right to reject listings that do not qualify as genuine offers.

By posting a deal, the business agrees to honour it exactly as advertised. If a customer reasonably believes they are entitled to the deal based on what is shown on Localooloo AI™, the business must fulfil the offer, even if it was posted in error by the business.

6. 🔒 Ownership and Responsibility

  • You own the content you upload, but you grant Localooloo AI™ the right to display it
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of your listings
  • Localooloo AI™ is not involved in payments or fulfillment — that is strictly between you and the customer

7. 🛠️ Changes and Enforcement

  • Localooloo AI™ reserves the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate this policy
  • We may update this policy at any time to protect our users and the community
