🏪 Brick-and-Mortar Businesses Only

Only businesses with a physical, publicly accessible location are eligible to be listed on Localooloo AI™. This includes restaurants, cafés, salons, shops, gyms, and walk-in services.

Home-based or virtual businesses (without public access) are currently not eligible.

🔌 Tradesmen & Professionals

Plumbers, electricians, and other service providers can only be listed if they:

• Operate from a verifiable commercial premises OR
• Are Checkatrade-approved or registered with a recognised accreditation body

This helps ensure trust, safety, and legitimacy.

📷 Listings Must Reflect Real Deals

Only actual, time-relevant promotions, offers, or services may be listed. Flyers, posters, or menu boards visible to the public may be used as evidence of a valid listing.

Businesses will always have the option to update or request removal via email.

🚫 Logos and Images

Logos are not mandatory. If a logo or photo is submitted by the business, it must be copyright-safe or belong to the sender.

Localooloo AI™ may also use original photos taken on-site with permission or photos from publicly available sources, unless a takedown is requested.
